一种环保式钻井液循环净化系统新工艺

Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保式钻井液循环净化系统新工艺,该工艺步骤为:将钻井液打入井下,携带岩屑的钻井液从井口返出后,首先全过流经过振动筛将固相粒度不同的岩屑分离,固相粒度较大的岩屑被筛出来,沉降后的液相钻井液依次进入粗卧螺离心机、精卧螺离心机,经过此处后的钻井液再经过化学处理合格后再次输送到井内,进行重复利用。本发明一种钻井液处理流程工艺包括振动筛、双组卧螺离心机、单卧螺离心机,而常规流程工艺一般是振动筛、沉降、除砂、除泥、卧螺离心机,本发明省掉了旋流器,而且还能达到钻井液除岩屑效果,节省投资、提高效率。
The invention discloses a new technology of an environment-friendly drilling fluid circulation purification system, which comprises the steps that a drilling fluid is fed into a well; the drilling fluid carrying rock debris returns from a well mouth, and then passes through a vibrating screen in an overflowing manner to allow the rock debris with different solid phase particle sizes to be separated; the rock debris with the larger solid phase particle size are screened out; the liquid phase drilling fluid after sedimentation enters a rough horizontal screw centrifugal machine and a fine horizontal screw centrifugal machine sequentially, and then is subjected to chemical treatment; and the qualified drilling fluid then is conveyed to the well again and recycled. The drilling fluid treatment flow technology of the new technology comprises the vibrating screen, a double-group horizontal screw centrifugal machine and a single horizontal screw centrifugal machine, while the conventional flow technology generally comprises the vibrating screen, sedimentation, sand removal, desilting, and the horizontal screw centrifugal machine. The new technology omits a hydrocyclone, still can achieve a drilling fluid rock debris removal effect, saves the investment and improves the efficiency.
