Abstract

本发明属于金属材料表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于6061铝合金表面的氟钛酸盐转化液以及使用方法;该转化液的配方为每升溶液中含下列重量的原料:氟化钠3g、氟硅酸铵4g、六偏磷酸钠1.0g,钛盐1.5g、过氧化氢1.5mg,余量为水;所述钛盐为钛酸四正丁酯,硫酸钛,硫酸氧钛或氯化钛的其中之一;在常温下使6061铝合金表面被刻蚀的铝离子参与氟钛酸盐转化膜的生成,使得膜层颗粒细小、致密,转化膜与铝合金本身基体结合牢固,耐蚀性能好、与有机涂层附着力强的特点,且具有节能省时生产效率高、成本低、工艺简单和性能稳定的优点。
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal material surface treatment technology, and particularly relates to a fluotitanate conversion fluid applied to the surface of a 6061 aluminum alloy and a use method of the fluotitanate conversion fluid. Each liter of the conversion fluid comprises raw material by weight as follows: 3 g of sodium fluoride, 4 g of ammonium fluorosilicate, 1.0 g of sodium hexametaphosphate, 1.5 g of titanium salt, 1.5 mg of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water, wherein titanium salt is one of tetra-n-butyl titanate, titanium sulfate, titanyl sulfate and titanium chloride. Etched aluminum ions on the surface of the 6061 aluminum alloy participate in generation of a fluotitanate conversion coating at the normal temperature, so that particles on the coating are fine and compact, and the conversion coating is firmly combined with an aluminum alloy substrate and has characteristics of good corrosion resistance and high adhesive force when attached to an organic coating, and has the advantages of energy conservation, time saving, high production efficiency, low cost, simple process and stable performance.
