Abstract

本发明公开了一种曳引机转子同心度测试装置及利用该装置测试曳引机转子同心度的方法,所述装置包括一水平测试台和一万向表,所述水平测试台上制有沿直线方向间隔分布的至少两个螺丝孔,并在其中两个相邻的螺丝孔中锁紧固定有其上端伸出水平测试台外的螺丝。本发明能够有效测量曳引机转子的同心度,与三坐标测量仪相比极大的节约了成本。
The invention discloses a tractor rotor concentricity testing device and a testing method utilizing the tractor rotor concentricity testing device to test the tractor rotor concentricity. The tractor rotor concentricity testing device comprises a horizontal test bench and a universal meter. Two or more threaded holes distributed in the straight line direction at interval are formed in the horizontal test bench, and a screw with the upper end stretching out of the horizontal test bench is fixed and locked in two of the adjacent threaded holes. The tractor rotor concentricity testing device can test the tractor rotor concentricity effectively, and compared with a three coordinate measuring instrument, the cost is saved greatly.
