Abstract

本发明提供一种单一基质WLED用新型荧光粉,以含有Na+的化合物,含有La3+的化合物,含有Te4+的化合物,含有Mg2+的化合物,含有Dy3+的化合物作为反应原料,经过固相烧结制得粒径均匀的NaLa1-xMgTeO6:xDy3+白光荧光粉,本发明的NaLa1-xMgTeO6:xDy3+晶体发育良好,粉体分散性高,光转换效率高,在受到365nm紫外光激发时能够实现全色白光发射,而且本发明制备工艺简单,原料易得,制备成本较低,适合大批量工业化生产。
The invention provides novel single matrix fluorescent powder for WLED (white light emitting diodes). A Na<+>-containing compound, a La<3+>-containing compound, a Te<4+>-containing compound, a Mg<2+>-containing compound and a Dy<3+>-containing compound are used as raw materials and subjected to solid-phase sintering to obtain NaLa1-xMgTeO6:xDy<3+> white fluorescent powder with uniform particle diameter. The development of NaLa1-xMgTeO6:xDy<3+> crystal is well; the powder has high dispersibility and high light conversion efficiency, and can realize panchromatic white light emission when being excited by 365nm ultraviolet light; and the preparation process is simple, easily available in raw materials and low in preparation cost, so the preparation process is suitable for large-batch industrialized production.
