基于原位聚合法的合成革用聚合物纳米ZnO复合抗菌剂及其制备方法

Abstract

本发明涉及基于原位聚合法的合成革用聚合物纳米ZnO复合抗菌剂及其制备方法。有关合成革基布用抗菌剂的研究目前鲜见报道。本发明水浴中混合醋酸锌和乙醇,加入二乙醇胺和二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵制得纳米ZnO溶胶;将烯丙基缩水甘油醚、甲基丙烯酸和纳米ZnO溶胶混合均匀制成纳米ZnO溶胶混合液;水浴中混合二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、过硫酸铵水溶液和亚硫酸氢钠水溶液打底,滴加过硫酸铵水溶液和纳米ZnO溶胶混合液,搅拌反应,保温冷却即得超细纤维合成革基布用抗菌剂。本发明的复合抗菌剂中N+和纳米氧化锌的协同作用能够很好的提高合成革基布的抗菌性能,应用于超细纤维合成革基布中,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达99%以上。
The invention relates to a polymer nano ZnO compound antibacterial agent for synthetic leathers based on an in-situ polymerization process and a preparation method of the polymer nano ZnO compound antibacterial agent. Studies relative to an antibacterial agent for synthetic leather base cloths have been rarely reported at present. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing zinc acetate and ethanol in water bath, and adding diethanolamine and diallyldimethylammonium chloride to prepare a nano ZnO sol; uniformly mixing allyl glycidyl ether, methacrylic acid and the nano ZnO sol to prepare a nano ZnO sol mixed solution; and mixing diallyldimethylammonium chloride, an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution and a sodium hydrogen sulfite aqueous solution in the water bath for bottoming, dropwise adding the ammonium persulfate aqueous solution and the nano ZnO sol mixed solution, performing stirring reaction, and performing heat preservation and cooling to obtain the antibacterial agent for superfine fiber synthetic leather base cloths. According to the compound antibacterial agent disclosed by the invention, the antibacterial properties of the synthetic leather base cloths can be well improved by virtue of the synergistic effects of N<+> and nano ZnO; and the compound antibacterial agent can be applied to the superfine fiber synthetic leather base cloths, and ensures that the antibacterial rate on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus can reach more than 99%.
